May 1, 2016–So tomorrow is my Deputy’s birthday and one of my friends just returned from a deployment so I decided to make them a treat.
His favorite desserts are cheesecake and carrot cake so I combined the two. Not sure there is enough for the entire office but I guess if everyone takes a small slice….
She loves anything with lemon so I made lemon cookies with lemon zest then topped them with a lemon icing that also has lemon zest. Maybe I’ll take some of the cookies for the guys that don’t get carrot cheesecake 🙂
