Hi I’m Frank. I created this blog to showcase the SCRUMPTIOUS photos of the culinary delights I prepare during my free time and some of the EVENTS I attend. My other interests include: travel, drinking bourbon, riding my road bike, baking, cooking, reading cooking magazines/books and watching cooking shows.
The people at the CIA, no, NOT that one; would call me a Food Enthusiast because I have “a thing for cooking, baking, wine, and entertaining” while my Framily would say I have monomania which is an obsessive zeal or interest in in a single thing, idea, of subject. In my case, my monomania is anything and everything that deals with cooking!
I’ve taken too many CLASSES to count and hopefully this blog demonstrates that I’ve remembered some of those lessons from the talented professional and home Chefs that I have had the pleasure of cooking with and learning from.
